Privacy Information
PrivacyPolicy
Effective date: July 23, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how WEBINARS processes personal information through its website, consultation and demo request forms, and live chat. Project-specific terms are addressed separately in a proposal or contract.
2. Information we may process
The consultation and live chat forms ask you to provide the consultation type, name, company or organization, email, optional phone number, and inquiry content. Live chat also processes a session identifier, language, consultation status, intake and closure times, and chat messages. If analytics is enabled with your consent, limited usage information such as page visits and consultation button clicks or completions may also be processed.
3. Purposes
We use submitted information to review your inquiry, arrange a consultation or demo, connect and operate live chat, prepare a relevant service proposal, provide follow-up communication, and maintain related business records. Information necessary to receive and respond to a consultation request is processed under Article 15(1)(4) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
4. Service providers and overseas transfers
Form information is stored in the website consultation database before it is transferred to the consultation management system for inquiry intake and follow-up management. Google reCAPTCHA is used to help prevent spam and may process interaction, device, and network information under Google's terms.
Under Article 28-8(1)(3)(a) of the Personal Information Protection Act, WEBINARS entrusts overseas processing to Google LLC and its Google Workspace subprocessors to provide live chat alerts and responses and to send a chat transcript when requested.
- Data: Google Chat receives an opaque consultation identifier, locale, consultation type, and consultation messages and replies. If a transcript is requested, Gmail receives the recipient email address and requested transcript. The Chat card does not display the visitor's name, organization, email address, or phone number.
- Country, timing, and method: encrypted network transfer to the United States and other countries where relevant Google Workspace subprocessors operate, when a chat is created, a message is relayed, or a transcript email is requested.
- Recipient: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google provides a privacy inquiry form.
- Purpose and retention: agent assignment, live response, message relay, and delivery of a requested transcript. WEBINARS retains the source chat transcript for one year after the chat closes. Google processing periods follow the applicable agreement, administrator settings, and subprocessor terms.
You may decline overseas processing by not using live chat and contacting support@webinars.co.kr. Live chat and transcript email are unavailable in that case.
5. Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 and Naver WCS are used only when permitted by your analytics consent choice to measure site usage and advertising referrals. You may decline or later change that choice through the site's consent controls. Your consultation content is not sent to Google Analytics 4 or Naver WCS as an analytics or advertising event.
6. Retention and deletion
Consultation and demo request information, including live chat contact and session information, is retained for three years from the date of receipt. A live chat transcript is retained for one year after the chat closes. Information is deleted without delay when the applicable period expires or the processing purpose is achieved earlier. If applicable law requires retention, the relevant records will be stored separately for the legally required period and then deleted.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of information you provided. You may also choose not to submit the consultation form and can contact us through another listed channel.
8. Security
We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled, including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, access logging, and deletion according to retention periods.
